my peugeot 206 has "air" in the pipe between the fuel pump....?
it has air in the pipe between the fuel pump and injectors. this dissappears when primed manually but comes back after a shrt while. the car drives for a short while then cuts out, and will only start again after been primed again. the harder u drive it the faster its cuts out. these problems started after i had the car serviced. any help would be great.
The logical thing to check is the fuel filter as this may have been changed on the service.If you have any air leak into the injector system the symptoms you describe will exist.Sometimes the filter does not seat on its "O" ring sealing flange.Remove the filter and check that its seating ok or return it to te people that serviced your car Regards Mick UK
