Amk Racing Nissan

I removed my catalytic converters on my 04 nissan 350z for kinetix test pipes and getting a SES light, help!?

Hello, i just purchased and added AMK project racing SS headers along with Kinetix non-resinated test pipes to my 2004 350z performance. The headers and test pipes have plug-inns for the sensors and i assume it was done correctly but now i'am getting a SES light, what should i do? the car is also at 58,000 miles so i dont know if its doing that since it is approaching 60,000 miles, help please

If the cats are gone, the EMC will know it - That's the service engine soon indicator. The EMC has O2 sensors before the cats, and after the cats, and if the two sensors give it the same reading, it's going to assume there's a problem and request service. Only problem is what the programing is going to do IF you don't get it serviced: It could do nothing or it could kick into limp home mode after awhile.
