Are exhaust adapters or band clamps better?
I am putting an exhaust on and i was wondering which makes for a better seal and no leak. The adapters with the u-clamps or the band clamps? If the band clamps are better, is the lap-joint or butt-joint a better joint? Thanks
Either will do fine, if you are looking for "looks", go with the band clamps. If not, using the u clamp will be fine. You cant "butt-joint" them unless you weld them.
