what would be the best cat back exhaust for a 2000 grand am gt?
i'm looking for a cat back system and i'm stuck on what to get..i've seen a pacesetter and a borla which unfortunately is twice as expensive.. anyone have any opinions on these, or know of any other brands?
You get what you pay for! The Borla's got a nice deep tone - the pacesetter is a little more import-sounding. Both flow excellent; the sound you get from that flow is going to be much different.
The previous post is good too - but pick wisely with the Flowmasters. You shouldn't go for the truly loud series flowmasters with your Grand Am because your engine doesn't make the same harmonics as a Mustang - it'll sound a little "drone-y".
