* Replacing the Catalytic Converter (including the B2 Catalyst and O2 sensor)
* Replacing the caliper and cable for the rear emergency break.

Cat coverter can run appx. $1,000.00 with labor. Check your emissions warranty. They usually cover up to 80k miles.
O2 sensor apprx $200.00.
Caliper and cable - apprx. $150 - $200.

You may be able to get better prices from non-dealer repair shops.
