okay my sister was living here with me, and her tv was hooked up to a digital cable box, and it worked fine (we use comcast)

She moved out, and got comcast too, but only got the digital converter box. now she cant get a pitcure, and she called comcast they said its her tv, not the comcast box. he tv is a emission protegee... im trying to help her without having the tv right in front of, since we dont live close by
she never set up a password.. this is the first time shes seen this
