I need a place or a website that sells full engine swaps or something near too it. I need Usdm swaps because I dont want to go through all the hassles of the jdm engines. I drive a 94 honda del sol and am planning to drop a b18c or a b16 into my car.

There are no hassles to dealing with a JDM swap. Its no more difficult than putting in a US b16 or b18.
The only hassles with a b series motor are that of legality issues with any motor swap. Luckily, your car is obd1. Therefore, you don't have anywhere close to the amount of issues that you would have swapping a motor into an obd2 car.
So a JDM motor would just as easy to swap in as a US motor.
