Dual Flat Tip

How can I mod and upgrade my crate 350?
Right now I have a Pontiac 76 Trans Am with a Crate Chevy 350 in it. When I got the motor the guy told me it was a crate 1984 Chevy Mexican Flat Top 350. So far the only mods are a Weiand Aluminum Intake, Headers (dual ran straight back into flowmasters) and a Holley 600cfm carb. The motor has a total of about 2k miles on it. The guy told me it was dynoed with around like 310-320 horsepower. I'm really like to build this motor into something pretty powerful but still reliable and streetable.
I'd like some input. If anyone can link me to some good heads for this motor that will give me a good power boost and not too expensive. And I was wondering if I should go with a bigger carb? I'd like to run a dual carb setup but I'm not sure if that would be too much for the motor without first getting a bigger cam and better heads.
So any tips and advice on where I should go with this would be appreciated.
Vortec heads and intake for a vortec. Vortec heads flow just as good as a set of AFR heads up to .510 lift. You have to buy a set of vortecs that can be used with a cam over .470 lift but they are not too expensive (around 500)
A 230/480 cam would be a good choice if you dont have a stall converter in it if your gears are around 3.50's and up in the rear end. It would be mild and drive on pumpgas and make close to 400 HP. If you have put a 2400 stall converter in it than go and still want it to be drivable keep the lift no close to .510 lift. Any more is not nessasary as these heads are already maxed out after that.
