i have a 1994 acura integra. my engine light comes on after driving for about 5 minutes. its engine code 12.?
the code stands for exhaust gas recirculation lift valve. i just recently put on new headers for my car. what do i need to do to fix this? my friends telling me to get a new ECU. Anyone have ideas?
try resetting the ecu. just disconnect the battery for 10 min. if it still comes on then i suppose the valve is sticking
