2007 Silverado Exhaust and air intake?
I am deciding whether or not to buy the dealer's Borla performance exhaust and K&N air intake for my 5.3L Silverado. Is there a way to keep my spare tire with the dual exhaust? The website reads that I would have to remove my spare tire.
This is pulled directly from th website- "Give the exhaust note of your Silverado a growl with custom-built, dual Cat-Back Exhaust System. Constructed of free-flowing, mandrel-bent, T304 stainless steel tubing with semi-polished muffler, Performance Systems have a fully polished, dual-walled, 4-inch angle-cut tip. Features the Bowtie logo. (The spare tire has to be removed when a dual exhaust system is installed, and a tire inflator kit is recommended). For Crew Cab, 5'8" Short Box and Extended Cab, 6'6" Standard Box."
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Yes you do remove the spare tire only to install it then u put the tire back
