Muffler for a 1994 saturn SL sohc?
I have everything stock on the car but I was thinking of replacing just the muffler. The stock mufflers inlet size is 1.75in i think and most high performance mufflers have a 2"+ inlet size. How would I go about going up in size so that the new muffler would fit without changing out my whole exhaust system.... which size and type of muffler would sound best (i've heard flowmasters are not good for 4 cylinder engines) I'm looking for a nice decent muffler on eBay no more than say 50-60 bucks..
what muffler would sound best with a nice deep drone... nothing super loud.. but has a good sound especially when driving..
I was looking at 3a, N1 and Fireball mufflers.. Not sure what would sound the best with my car...

You can buy an adapter to connect pipe to new muffler any parts or muffler shop. On muffler can't say except buy new not used.
