Why don't people live below their means and follow The Millionaire Next Door?
Millionaires are not driving BMW, Corvette, Audi, Mercedes or any other foreign car. They drive American cars and save, invest, shop at Wal-Mart or a discount store. They are not following Jay-Z, 50 Cent, Le Bron or some rapper, sports star. They listen to and read Crains, Bloomberg, Suze Orman, Wall Street Journal, Smart Money. They watch Bloomberg, CNBC, FOX Business. They are not waiting for some land fall from some PPower ballor Mega Millions or Lotto. Some folks want to live like people they are not. Save, invest, learn how to manage and make money grow. Forget the fancy watch, house, rings, bling, car, boat, cookware, etc. Save your money America! Be thrifty!
Because people always have/use the government to save them. You bought a house too big with money you didn't have? That's ok, we'll restructure your mortgage for you so you can keep it. You have credit card debts you can't pay? That's ok, we'll go after the evil credit card companies. You make crappy cars nobody wants to buy? That's ok, we'll give you millions and millions of bailout money.
