You have clogged EGR ports underneath the throttle body. Remove the throttle body, and the rounded 90 degree snorkel that attaches it to the intake manifold. I guarantee underneath you will find the EGR channels in the upper intake to be completely clogged with carbon. Pick out all this carbon buildup and clean with some 2+2 cleaner and reinstall. Your problem will be solved. A Ford dealership mechanic with experience will know exactly what to look for, a common problem on the 4.6 liter V8, at high mileage
