my car is smoking helppppppppp!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cough cough choke!?
My car is a 1992 two door acura legend v6 engine. upon starting up the engine my car spews white smoke from the exhaust and then once i get to driving the car the smoke stops and then starts again off and on. its not a severe amount of smoke but enough to be noticed and embarresed by. pep boys said it would cost me about $90 just to run a test to located the problem and i dont have that kind of money right now! someone said that maybe its too much oil I only have about two quarts in the car so that couldnt be it. sombody else said my coolant might be going threw the wrong tube. what could the smoke be from? and how can i repair it without spending a lot of money?
Burnt valve, blown head gasket, or bad oil ring. Hard to figure out with out seeing the car. ALL are expensive to have fixed. You can do it at home for less than $100 after the problem is properly diagnosed
