magnapack or magnaflow cat back exhaust?
I have a 2003 gt mustang with 44 flowmasters with a catless x pipe which i believe is considered off road. i like the magnaflow sound better so should i get a magnapack or get the magnaflow cat back exhaust? whats the difference between them. one had mufflers and the other doesnt? flowmaster just dont sound like magnaflow, why is that. im looking for that scratchy throaty sound,and popping noise, an help
Federal emission laws require all passenger cars to have a catalytic converter. So yes your system is 'off road'. If you have an emission center you will see the testers look for the CAT. As far as the sound differences, each manufacturer develops there exhaust kits with different baffle configurations in the muffler which provide different exhaust notes. Go with what you like!
