Would a 1999 Mustang GT intake manifold fit a 1998 Mustang GT intake manifold?
I'm not looking to replace the 1998 with a performance intake manifold, just with a stock 1999 intake manifold and was wondering if their interchangeable without a kit? If new gaskets are needed, those will be purchased.
If they are stock motors, no. The 1996-1998 4.6 Mustangs had NPI heads and intakes, the 1999 and up got the PI heads and intakes. The intakes are not interchangeable.
