Noise Maker Ford

Noise Maker Ford
More HP for 2011 Ford Fiesta through after-market exhaust?

I am planning to buy this car very soon but also know that I want to upgrade it ASAP. I am already sold on a cold air intake but am questioning how much difference an after-market exhaust would make. I'm not looking for a noise-maker either. The quieter the better actually. I would be happy to gain 15-20hp combining intake and exhaust. I am very skeptical of what websites claim in order to sell their product. I need real-world advice! Thank you in advance!
Grant pointed out that cold air intake was not suitable. I was mistaken, I meant ram-air.

after-market goodies will do very little to increase horsepower in your soon to be new car

not to mention it will most likely void your warranty

breaking it in as you intend to drive it will do more for it's performance than you think

real performance gains are not realized with the mods you intend to make, internal engine work can produce gains but only if done correctly

keep your BS detector on high alert, you are correct so far!
