Out Burned Tip
How to get ink out of my NEW pen ?
okay , so i just got a pen. its not a gel pen. the brand is faber castell.
i bought 2 last month and after using if for a week or two, they ink stopped comming out although it is full. i tried burning the tip.
warming it in my hands. everything ! but it still didn't work. Both of them didn't work.
so i threw it away. then i bought a new one recently, i was okay before. but now, the ink stopped coming out and i don't know what is wrong with it. help ?
I have faber castell pens and I have not ever had this problem. I:
I 've had the brush and the pen ones for almost a year and everything is alright (although the brush tips frayed a little bit).
Maybe soaking it in a little water for a few minutes?
Or
I would definately try returning it to where to bought it, or ship it back to the company for a new one.
