Stabilizer Kit Fix

Mercury Grand Marquis ball joints?
Hi I wanted to know if anyone could give me estimates on fixing my car? I own a 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis GS (4.6L V8) with just under 68k miles original miles. I live in FL. The following needs to be replaced on my car (have had 3 mechanics check it). I wanted to know what the cost mite be with labor fees and tax if a mechanic did the work at a shop. This is what I need done below.
Replace upper ball joints (both sides)
Replace lower ball joints (both sides)
Sway Bar Link Kit or Stabilizer Kit (both sides)
Front Wheel Alignment
All 3 mechanics (2 from Pep boys, 1 from Bobs Automotive) said that my boots are gone and I no longer have grease for the joints and they are starting to rust away.
The lowest quoted price I've gotten was about $870 (labor included) plus tax (Bobs Automotive Service)
Does that sound right? or is there cheaper? I've called Tire Kingdom and I'm getting quotes around $1130.
Get a quote from a trusted private mechanic and a Ford garage. For gosh sakes, tire-shops and particularly Pep Boys is a terrible place to go for auto-repair work.
*Request TRW or Moog ball joints with grease fittings. The reason the originals went bad is because they were self lubricated, dried-out, failed and could not be greased periodically.
