NOTE: also on alot of your turbo cars, to make them faster and lessen the weight of the car and motor, alot of people will take out the counter balance shafts in the motor. It works if your racing a car, not for an everyday driver, eventually the motor will vibrate itself to death, bolts will back out on thier own and to fix it right, you will have to pull the motor. sounds like he probably has done that, with all the other things he's done.
