Turbo Muffler Position

Turbo Muffler Position
92' Dodge Stealth problem?

Its an Es. no turbo or anything like that.If I ease the throttle its fine. full throttle it kind of bogs a bit around 2k rpms and then slowly revs up. It wont go anywhere really in gear unless your very easy on the gas. A friend of mine says its arching wrong (not sure what that means im not mechanic by any means)
Replaced/ checked:
Catalytic converter
muffler
Timing belt
fuel pump
sending unit
mass air flow sensor
throttle position sensor
distributor cap
rotar
spark plugs/wires
battery
terminals
fuel filter
oil
oil filter
fuel line
vacuum lines
fuel pressure regulator
o2 sensor

Any ideas are appreciated. Thank you
All of these parts are brand new
Automatic check the hoses all are good.. there are no marking for timing. does anyone have a picture of where they should be set? it help imensely

that can be caused by a bad throttle position sensor on it ,was it replaced or just checked, because those things will go bad and never throw a trouble code until they go completely out,id check that real good, that sounds like what the problem is on it,good luck.
